Welcome to our LIVE SUPPORT facility. Simply follow the instructions given to you by your ACT! Consultant



1. Please click the download button to start downloading the Remote Support Client to you computer.


2. Once you have downloaded the program and run it, please provide your ACT! Consultant with your 'Your ID' and temporary password.


3. The screen sharing session will now begin.

Please note:
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
