Collection of Contact Information
Once you complete an online Needs Assessment or a customer enquiry form via our website, Database Partners will collect Business Information. This information includes company names and contact details about your company and the products you may have licensed. We use this information in accordance with this policy to identify you, process your requests and provide you with the ideal CRM solutions.
Database Partners uses your contact information to provide you with superior customer service & exceptional business solutions. In addition, we may use your contact information to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, software updates, special offers, and other information we think you'd like to hear about. Database Partners will not engage in the practice of selling or distributing contact information to other companies or organisations of any type.
Client Contact Lists
Database Partners has outlined policies and procedures in which staff members are required to adhere at all times. These policies (which are detailed throughout this document) are designed to maintain a high level of consistency in product and service offered by Database Partners. These are also in place for the protection of the employee.
Online & Onsite Data Access.
When Database Partners is commissioned to conduct an Act Implementation or repair, our technicians in almost every case, will be given access to your Client Contact Lists - whether that be the Act Database itself or an alternative database (Excel / Outlook / MYOB). We understand the value of your data and therefore is treated with the care & discretion. Database Partners will not engage in the practice of selling or distributing these lists or any such information to other companies or organizations of any type.
Each e-mail campaign that you may receive from Database Partners will contain instructions on how to unsubscribe in the event that you do not wish to receive any future promotional e-mails. You may also contact our Office on 1300 791 327 and ask not to receive any future e-mail communications. Allow 5 business days to be removed from e-mail lists.
Database Partners takes all of the appropriate steps to protect the information you share with us from unauthorised access or disclosure. Database Partners will also make recommendations to you on how you can ensure your contact lists are secured at all times.
