Database Partners provides a range of different Customer Care Packages to suit different business needs.


Customer Care Package A*

Inclusions:

  • Email / phone step-by-step instructions "How do I" questions
  • Basic errors with SQL, .Net, MSI, Act! framework.
  • Basic trouble shooting of error messages
  • Deleting users
  • Copying records to other users
  • Creating new users
  • Basic synchronisation issues
  • Trouble shooting of error messages (logged to US)
  • Package suitable for 1-3 ACT Users

Customer Care Package B*

Inclusions:

  • Email / phone step-by-step instructions "How do I"
  • Basic errors with SQL, .Net, MSI, Act! framework.
  • Basic trouble shooting of error messages
  • Deleting users
  • Copying records to other users
  • Creating new users
  • Basic synchronisation issues
  • Trouble shooting of error messages (logged to US)
  • Package suitable for 3-6 ACT Users

Customer Care Package C*

Inclusions:

  • Email / phone step-by-step instructions "How do I" questions
  • Basic errors with SQL, .Net, MSI, Act! framework.
  • Basic Trouble shooting of error messages
  • Deleting users
  • Copying records to other users
  • Creating new users
  • Basic synchronisation issues
  • Trouble shooting of error messages (logged to US)
  • Package suitable for 7-10 ACT Users


* The working Act Consultant holds absolute discretion as to whether the individual support request falls into the Customer Care Package. Requested onsite visits do not fall under the Customer Care Package. Onsite visits will only be scheduled for a minimum of 3hrs work and are charged at the hourly rate of $165.00 per hour. Only the above features inclusions are offered in the Customer Care Package. Anything outside these offerings will be charged at the hourly rate. Customer Care Support is provided via phone or email only.
