If you have an incompatible version of email client on your Windows PC..For example the Office Click to Run Version of Office 2013. We have developed a link that will enable email field on the contact table. IE Personal Email, Primary email address will be able send to your email client.

Non Compatible email with Act as the follow error messages

Could not retrieve Imessage: Error in mapiobject from Outlook item:IMAPISession.Openmsgstore: mapi__call_failed.

2 2 Copy the DBP_EmailPlugin.DLL to the Act! plugin folder - 64 bit C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\Act for Windows\ACT\plugin folder - 32 bit C:\Program Files\ACT\Act for Windows\ACT\plugin folder
3 Restart Act!
