We have Certified Act! Business trainers who will coach your team on how to effectively use the product ACT! according to your specific company requirements. We have split our training into modules allowing you to choose which module would suit you best.

1) Coaching: One-on-one 3hr coaching to cover topics of your choice $495 flat fee 2) On site: A 3.5 hr group training session at your office location $750 flat fee. 3) Training centre: A 4hr group course conducted at our training centre $295 pp	• Introductory / Beginner • Intermediate User • Advanced User • Administration/Customisation

Coaching

Whatever your private training needs, Database Partners is able to design a custom training program just right for your company and for you. Based on your goals and objectives, we'll customise course length, content, delivery method and materials to cover the Act! features pertinent to your organisation. And we'll deliver the content in a manner that will suit the skill level of your users.

On Site Training

• How to use activities
• How to use email

Other topics to choose: (2 extra topics of your choice in addition to the basics)

• How to use groups
• How to mail merge
• How to use sales opportunity

With on-site groups session training our Act! Trainers cover the basics with 2 additional topics of your choice.

Training Centre

Our Group training offers three modules:

The duration of each training session is 4hrs.

Training sessions will proceed on the basis that a minimum number of attendees are scheduled to attend. Each attendee booking is tentative with confirmation of course proceeding, being confirmed to you one week prior.
